Team AlignmentWhen all employees are not committed to your organization's mission, vision, and values, they are also not committed to executing your goals. Additionally, if there is a lack of trust among employees, the result is predictable: a lack of responsibility and accountability pervades the organization and the right things don't get done or don't get done right. However, when employees are aligned and they trust each other, their work becomes more focused. They see the connection between what they do and the success of the organization.
