Mary Bresnahan is president of the Bresnahan Group, a consulting firm specializing in working with business leaders to achieve a work environment of trust, responsibility, and accountability.

Background

Mary Bresnahan's expertise is grounded in 25 years of experience as a technical recruiter, a human resources generalist, and a training developer and facilitator. She has worked within diverse industries, including financial, telecommunications, manufacturing, health care, restaurant, hotel, government, and not-for-profit. Mary has collaborated with people at all levels, from senior management to the shop floor and the front-line, primarily within small and mid-sized companies.

Mary holds a bachelor's degree in Education and a master's degree in Organization Development from George Williams/Aurora University.

Teacher, Facilitator, Author, Speaker

Mary Bresnahan has facilitated many training and strategic planning sessions along with organization development projects. Among her many accomplishments, she was instrumental in the design, development, and implementation of a technical training program that received international recognition. Mary is part of the adjunct faculty at Waubonsee Community College, Joliet Junior College, and National-Louis University.

She is also a member of the Human Resource Management Association of New Mexico (HRMA-NM) and the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD).
